Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use HireArc.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
• One account is for one person. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post HireArc content (PDFs, code, AI-generated responses, etc.)
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, authentication, or any security measure
• Use the AI tutor to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on HireArc — including study material (PDFs), code samples, illustrations, AI prompts and templates, branding, and platform design — is the exclusive property of HireArc or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning. No portion may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. HireArc does not store your card details.
• Upon successful payment, the corresponding content access is granted to your account immediately.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchases are honored at the price paid.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

HireArc's AI features (the in-topic AI tutor and the PrepBot advisor) use third-party language models. AI-generated outputs:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information
• Are provided as a study aid only, not as authoritative or professional advice
• Should be independently verified before being relied upon for important decisions

HireArc is not responsible for actions you take based on AI-generated responses.

HireArc is a learning platform. We do not guarantee placement, job offers, interview success, salary outcomes, or any specific career result. Outcomes depend on individual effort, ability, and external factors beyond our control.

We aim to keep HireArc available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or unforeseen events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireArc's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid HireArc in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content ends. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
