This Refund Policy explains when HireArc issues refunds for purchases made on hirearc.in. Because we deliver digital content immediately upon successful payment, refunds are narrow in scope. Please read carefully before purchasing.
- Payment was successfully charged by Razorpay
- AND the purchased content (roadmap, module, or AI credits) was NOT unlocked on your account within 24 hours
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Dissatisfaction with content quality or style
- Failure to use or complete the content
- Account suspended for violating our Terms
Why this policy
HireArc delivers digital content immediately upon successful payment — PDFs are unlocked, AI credits are added to your balance, and the platform is fully accessible. Because the value is transferred the moment you pay, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds. We strongly encourage you to:
- Read the roadmap detail page before purchasing
- Try the free 20 AI credits and free-preview topics first
- Reach out to support with any questions before paying
How to request a refund (access issues only)
If your payment succeeded but content was not unlocked:
- Email us at hirearc.support@gmail.com
- Include your registered email address
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_) — found in your bank/UPI confirmation message - Briefly describe the access issue
We respond within 5 business days. If your request qualifies, we will either restore access immediately OR refund in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
AI credit purchases
The same eligibility rules apply to AI Credit Pack purchases:
- Refund: only if payment succeeded but credits were never added to your account
- No refund for unused credits, partial usage, or change of mind after credits are added
Credits never expire and remain available on your account until used.
Time limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Requests received after this window will not be processed.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team, your HireArc account may be suspended pending resolution. We resolve genuine access issues quickly when contacted directly — please reach out to us first.
Account closure
Closing your HireArc account does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases. Purchased content remains accessible only while your account is active.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the “Last updated” date above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
